They've got to bring in a 30 second rule - if there's no clear evidence to overturn the onfield decision within 30 seconds, it stays with the ref's decision. Taking over 3 minutes is killing the emotion in the game and unfair on paying spectators.

And then you get more wrong decisions because they're under even more pressure. And when something is missed the ensuing shitshow is even worse
