He was fairly ‘unknown’ entity when he arrived at the chavs , been sussed out nowPalmer’s still mustard but not every shot is going in recently. He went through an 18 month spell of being ridiculously clinical.

Evenifwhen we win tomorrow, I don't think we can say that that's a top 4 (5?) spot sealed. If this evening's game finishes all square, and we win tomorrow, we'll still be only 3 points ahead of Chelsea. And we've got our regulation defeat at Spurs on wednesday night, while Chelsea are playing the modern day 2008 Derby County.
Palmer on the peripathy again tonight. Opposition sides seem to have wised up to him this season, consequently he isn't having the impact he had last season.
Where's a penalty when you need one? That finish wasn't very "cold"
Rejuvenated SpursProbably not secured as we have Spurs (A) and Forest (A) coming but not far off.
If you get back-to-back wins it feels like you leave this lot behind. Top 5 will be enough I think, so 4 points back to Bournemouth & Chelsea would look healthy.
Nearly had me eating humble (good word, that!) pie there. Probably should have, to be honest.Palmer on the periphery again tonight. Opposition sides seem to have wised up to him this season, consequently he isn't having the impact he had last season.
it strikes me that city have now become very similar to this type of fringe European place team in that we are pretty good in some ways but just give the ball away too much and make bad decisions too often. It just makes you vulnerable and you end up dropping lots of points throughout the season. There used to be a big difference between watching teams like this and watching us - now it’s indistinguishable![]()
Ditto Antony at Betis.Rashford seems to be working harder here than he was at the swamp.
Stonewall penalty for me.That looked a pen against Cuckoo
