Nightmare if Haaland isn’t fit to play. The front line against Newcastle is the most dynamic we’ve had all season, would sum our luck up this season if it’s now that we get an injury Haaland.

This is a big game for pep, it's basically handing over the title, already gone, if they win. Just give us a good match blues, and we can suffer the lost title, next year we will return!

Looks like Haaland will be out can't see him being fit, massive loss for us after wat hing us on Wed without him I fear for tomorrow, only behind the rags in not wanting to loose are the red scoucers

The more bans the better for our club. Even more seats to sell to agencies.

Football has lost its soul. Aside from it supposedly being entertainment it was a place your working class fan could go and let off steam. Controlled and having to watch their P&Q's all week at work, a football ground was somewhere they could vent, have a laugh and forget all the shit in their lives. Not anymore. Constantly told what to do, how to think, watched by stewards and CCTV cameras with an ever growing list of rules you can be banned for. Not that there's many working class fans left of course as they're being priced out.

Football has never been more gentrified. All seater stadiums and more women and kids than there ever was. Violence thankfully is rare now and usually happens outside the stadium if at all. Yet clubs still talk down to customers paying a premium price like they are all criminals who can't behave without the big stick threatening them. It's utter bollocks and one day it will bite them.on the arse badly.

No idea how we’ll go tomorrow, with our best team, a buzzing ground we can do enough to win. If Gundogan and Bernardo play we could see a similar performance as against Real.

They have an athletic midfield, we don’t but they are also wobbling slightly. Would be nice to set a marker for next season with a real performance and of course a win

Dead right Paul. You can’t even have a piss at City without being told on posters what all the penalties are for various indiscretions. Fair play to Brighton, in their bogs they put up posters saying thank you Manchester City fans for making a 550 mile round trip to the Amex today. City 0 Brighton 1

Based on what? Something you’ve read or the need to be pessimistic?

It's bollocks and mirrors life. Most of us started watching football in the days of terraces, mass fights and violence, being treated like shit by coppers just for being a football fan, guilty of anything or not. A lot has changed for the better but like anything in life that undergoes reform the pendulum has swung too far the other way. I'm only keeping my season ticket going because as a FOC it's cheap but I hardly enjoy attending a game these days.

A difficult team selection tomorrow now if Erling's out.

I'd be tempted to put Grealish in the middle alongside Gonzalez and Kovacic, with Savinho, Marmoush and Doku up front.

Spitty said Erling pulled out of the Madrid game because he didn’t want to face Rudiger….hilarious.
