Thing with the Dippers is they have goals throughout the team that often bails them out when not playing well. With us its hard to tell where goals will come from so just hope they have an off day in front of goal, which will be some doing v our defending, and like v Newcastle, we take our chances
 
I don't like the setup in defence and midfield, We could get out run all over the park today,
I never normally look to the what's on the team sheet, but today it looks weak and all over the place.

City should not wave the white flag in any games but its happening all the time this season, its OK because Pep said its ok to have a bad season after what we have won in the past, So it's ok if the fans to ask for half of their money back because your are giving up on this season
 
Jesus some of these comments. Our fan base have gone full on arrogant, or at least a large proportion on this forum have, I think I will step away again and only use the off topic forum. it used to be a great forum, now all we have is spoilt brats, people who are way too aggressive or who have opinions on everything and if you disagree your a rag. Good luck to the real blues on here

More likely than not our "all out attack" will just mean no defense and us not controlling the ball enough to attack.

It's more players playing those positions

Prime Kyle Walker allowed that highline almost singlehandedly. Now we have Lewis who not even half as quick or strong stepping out of position into midfield. Right side wide open vs counters

Ake >>> Gvardiol defensively. Also sat back more making that side a lot better vs counters. Now left side wide open vs counters

Rodri one of the best ever at pinning a team in their own half.

Younger Gundo/Bernie >> Foden who get knocked over when a player brushes his shirt.
Kev is on the edge of the precipice in terms of being completely finished. One step away.

So we've flown our star player over to a game that he has no chance to play in, just so our opponents don't know he's not playing, and the fallout of it all is that the team that does actually play, plays like they did?

You're probably not far wrong, but it all looks a little silly now doesn't it.

By real blues, do you mean those that live in blind hope despite all evidence to the contrary? In the ground now and will be cheering to to the rafters. But you have to have some realism.
 
The list of things you cant sing say today and the number of times its already messaged inside the ground might as well stretch to making half and half scarves compulsory.
