If he gets an FBO applied then the club will do that anywayHe could but the club would cancel his season ticket and likely never be able to get it back.

This will probably fall on deaf ears but feel how you want about tourists and away fans coming in the home end but do you not think battering a random tourist for celebrating their goal is a bit over the top? It stinks of misdirected anger to me. Who actually cares about football that much to throw punches en masse at some random Malaysian dude
fans that stuck with the club through the dark times!WTF that’s ridiculous. It’s out of control now.On the back of threads re whole rows of non City fans attending games................Sat in my usual seat in the Colin Bell stand and saw the bloke in the picture with an Arsenal hoodie on! me and my son are getting increasingly fed up of the amount of tourist fans attending games! They rock up at about a minute before Kick Off, stand around blocking your view taking selfies, then can't find their seat! Seems the club are increasingly more interested in revenue than die hard, born and bred View attachment 147809fans that stuck with the club through the dark times!
The searches don't really cover liquids, just metals, I've managed to get a soft drink through whenever I've wanted to this season.A couple of tourists carrying litre bottles of water around the stadium, if you think about the barber incident how are they getting these things through?
why would he spend in excess of £70 for a match ticket when he supports Arsenal, would any of us realy have any interest in a Liverpool v Arsenal fixture except for looking at flashscores if they game had a bearing on our position in the tableOn the back of threads re whole rows of non City fans attending games................Sat in my usual seat in the Colin Bell stand and saw the bloke in the picture with an Arsenal hoodie on! me and my son are getting increasingly fed up of the amount of tourist fans attending games! Yes they will but he sounds confident that won't happen so cancelling direct debit now will save some money in the short term but cost a lot more in the long term when he doesn't have a season ticketIf he gets an FBO applied then the club will do that anyway

Yes but the club should be doing now and looking after the poor sods that where there from the start and will no doubt be there should it start to slide .............fookng very dangerous game whats the phrase short term gains for long term losses ...........aint it fooking a sad state that folk who have gone for decades right back to the Maine Rd days are packing it in,my god the club should be bending over backwards to look after them , thats your bread and butter not some **** who turns up once a season.Seems this is an ongoing problem which can only get worse once the extension is completed.
Then again a couple of poor seasons and the tourists will vanish…problem solved.
I had a similar conversation with a rag mate on Sat night. I think at some point the arse will fall out of the clubs support if that makes sense. The tourists will not turn up in sufficient numbers on a regular basis to compensate. Will be massively exacerbated with any prolonged downturn in performance/results. Matter of time regardless I suspect. The game us old school fans knew is dead and buried, that's why loads are giving it up in droves. Now the club love that atm but that model is only viable while the club are successful. These aren't fans with any loyalty or affinity with the club or area. They follow a certain star player or success. Once that ends they move on to the next big thing. So if the club are alienating the old school fans and no new younger local fans are coming through they're fucked if the bubble bursts. We certainly won't be getting 28/35,000 in the third division again that's for sure. Once you lose the habit and buzz for attending games it's gone forever.
