City's current struggles magnify what a beautiful player he was to watch and a production line of chances. How fortunate we were to have Yaya and prime KDB play alongside him too, Vinnie in behind and Sergio up front. DS is my favourite City player, probably of all time, but certainly post-2008. With KDB's demise, it's the end of an era, but I sometimes think the trying to get to the top of the tree is more exciting than being there. Hopefully get 115 out of the way and City can go again. Everything's in place: the ownership, the finances, the support, the stadium, the training facilities, the academy, the coach, the status, some top shelf players, just need to clear out the deadwood and sprinkle or resprinkle a bit more stardust.
