We have the basis of a wonderfully talented young squad, in the summer window a couple more exciting talents and 2/3 elite ready to go players and we will be good to get back to the top level.

The U18s generation is also incredible. For me it’s the best I’ve seen in more than 10 years. I think more than half the current U18 squad are future PL players, which is far more than what I’ve predicted for previous generations. Mfuni, Mukasa, McAidoo, Gorman and R.Heskey are the biggest standouts for me, but there are several others who can go very far in the game

You don't see too many light weight south american footballers, they all seem to have a ruggedness about them so I wouldn't be too worried about that

The average will drop when Carson (39) switches to coaching and we say goodbye to Walker (34), Stones (30), De Bruyne (33), Gundogan (34), Kovacic (30), Bernado (30), Grealish (29), Akanji (29), Ake (30) and at least one keeper (31 & 32).

Though not all the older players will leave at the same time.

We need a young keeper, 2 Full Backs and a David Silva type midfielder.

Great to see the young man on board.
He really is a stand out young Argentinian footballer with immense talent. Looking forward to see him terrorising some PL defences in the not too distant future. I don't think hes "one for the future" to be loaned out he's as talented if not more so than Savinho.

Lets hope hes as good as his former countrymen, if so we'll have signed a good'un.
