If Haaland is fully recovered, he needs to start and put Mubama on the bench. Or vice versa.

Extraordinary young players at City, possibly with a level of quality we have never seen before but I think this game is too soon for Echeverri. He is here for the long term. You could put him on the bench though just so he has a feel of match-day.

I have gone from being quite gloomy about City to being extraordinarily excited about the potential of our young players. Probably the effects of waking up on match-day knowing I am going to the game today.

Not quite true. He went over on his ankle in the second last match v Brazil, and seemed set to miss the final game. But he recovered, and played the 90 mins v Paraguay.
