Away fans / tourists in home sections

You know the drill jrb, photos

They had left before I could take a picture of them. :-(

TBH I wouldn't have known they were Plymouth fans if she hadn't told me.

When Plymouth scored they didn't celebrate.

Thankfully for them.

It would have been another shit show, as they were stood pretty much at the back of 115 near all the singers, and not far from where the American guy got beat up.

You have to give them credit for not celebrating that goal, Plymouth taking the lead, just before half-time.

That takes some doing.

I meant photo of the young lady not the PA fans job! lol, you and your photos!

Senior steward confirmed to me that a dipper sat near us at the recent game was ejected. The club however as of yesterday still didn’t know who the ticket purchaser. When I said that the ticket purchase will have been recorded digitally he looked at me with knowing look and agreed but had to go off what the club had said. He will update me next home game but how on earth do the club not have a record of who purchased ticket when they have the block, seat and row number. They are taking us for fools.

Away fans should be allocated SSL1 NOT SSL3 for cup ties.

SSL3 MUST become an exclusive City zone, under the acoustic roof which projects noise.

It shouldn't matter that cup away fans may be seen on TV. It happens infrequently.

There are no compromises re segregation, coach logistics etc but potential improvements to H & S.

Acoustic roofing is used to insulate sound, so absorb it to stop it going outside a building.

No one on SS1 want to be on SS3, even the SS3ers who only moved as it was half price. Why not have them on ES3 or WS3?

I hate to say it, but until somebody takes legal action giant the club, it won't ever stop. No doubt if that did happen, the club would either try to pacify the person with....., or get Pannick to represent the club in court once again.

If the club had spent as much time and effort on local and legacy City fans as they have done on hospitality and tourist fans over the last few years, the Etihad would still be full for matches like yesterday. Instead they have channeled all their energy and selling criteria towards hospitality and tourists chasing increased match day revenues.

The NSL2 expanded stand would have been closed yesterday, with not enough City fans to fill it. Or there would have been 10,000 empty seats around the ground, if it would have been open. That's the reality of the clubs current and long standing ticket selling policy.

I got to my seat yesterday in block 115 and the singing section.

A bloke was stood next to my seat.

Me. "Excuse me mate you're stood next to my seat.

Him. "It's the singing section, I can stand where I want.

Me. "You can't stand where you want, and that's my seat.

Him. "If you want to be like that. (as him and his mate who was stood next to him started moving down the row of seats)

He wasn't a tourist, and he didn't have a Plymouth accent.

plenty try doubling up in standing seats....some even trying bullying in if they can get away with it.

David Bailey! The younger ones won’t have a clue

I'm not that old myself and I wouldn't know him if he passed me in the street. My relatives just say that whenever they see somebody taking a photo of something mundane. 'Who does he think he is?!!.. David Bailey?'

It’s a generational thing pal, what us FOC’s think when someone mentions a photographer . Former royal photographer I think

Is my memory even more fucked than I thought, or was that an unusual FA Cup away end? They don’t normally get all of 2/3 and none of 1 do they?

You can judge someone’s age within a few years going off which boxer’s name they insert in the line … Looks like he’s gone 12 rounds with ******* when someone’s had a hiding.

Or you know it’s a seriously old fucker if they’re still saying… 15 rounds.
