They'd have won the replay so you can't blame Amoron for being out the cup. - He needs a few months longer to get used to the great quality players at his disposal. And he'll keep them up as PiGMOL have already sorted that.

There's no risk of them going down as the bottom 3 are utter dross. Its a stand out year for dross at the bottom. Rags might be safe already on 33 points.

But in a way having no pressure might hurt them. A relegation fight might have sparked some life in to them.

Next year could be tricky though. Leeds will come up and have a better chance of staying up. Whoever make up the other 2 not so much but if Leeds stay up next year 1 other team has to go down. Wolves probably sell Cunha but will get good money. Wouldn't surprise me if Wolves out spend the rags in the summer.

he is 40 yo on £6.5m a year and has over 2 years to run on his contract - I feel a fellow Portuguese head coach who was at the rags has whispered in his ear " its a good nobble - say what you ant to do what you want to - you get a massive payoff coz its a circus"
