Question of the day, are Liverpool FC worse winners or losers? I'd say that at least when they win they tend to only hurt themselves.

They'll have the self-proclaimed bestest parade in the world ever that means more than all the other parades put together, because they said so, set fire to themselves and their city, blame us for provoking them for years by being good at football, get big ideas about marching down the M62 to Eastlands in their full kits to make sure they're still relevant somewhere other than scouselandia, give up by Huyton and instead kick in a phone box or two and run away.

They can win it for all i care. They did it already in the pretend Covid season with no one to see it.

Its funnier seeing arsenal NOT win it
I think there's a lot to be said for that. Liverpool have spent years and years telling us how they were the best team, they had the best manager, the best right back, the best left back, the best centre back who has never been dribbled past, the best forward line, the best finisher, the best net spend, that when they do actually win something the sting is already gone out of it. They cried wolf so many times that it just doesn't hit the same way as if we lost an actual title race. Well, I presume it doesn't.

It's more funny seeing Arteta implode, as you rightly say. No problem with Liverpool as justified winners this season, just the inevitable 'my goldfish is bigger than your goldfish ' mentality we'll have to put up with until Rodri rolls up in September and asks for his crown back.

Personally I think they'll spend much of the summer antagonizing united fans anyway over matching their title haul. So, could be worse.

Thank you. That's the point I was making. We definitely were NOT on TV every game during the April and May's when we had either won the league at a canter ( 2018, 2021) or even when we were involved in a title fight. This really is blatant bias on a par with their adoration of man yernittid.
I read it as desperation to get the armchair dipper subs in.

I bet all the dippers they are after to subscribe are using other nefarious means of watching their team rather than give Comcast their money.

SSN/TNT/BBC news will give non stop coverage of the parade. I can visualise their coverage now...

"You could say it's quiet fitting that Liverpool have won the final premier league title just before one of Vladimir Putin's nuclear missiles hit the city..."

Not sure it's harsh at all, mate. I'd rather TAA has annihilated Doku all game, yet we had won the game.

We were toothless up front weren't we? I thought we struggled more against spuds for 30 minutes but came away with the win.

Funny old game as they say.

Aye, mate. Agreed. Pity Erling wasn't available for the game against Liverpool.
He'd have bummed them.

Doku's hard work would have been repaid.

Ah well... He'll be terrorising scousers for another decade and this defeat will be buried in the most of time.

Just waiting for the Respect Gerrard campaign to kick in now.

If they're 20 points clear with 5 games to go, and when we're cleared on the 115 and all hope of backdated trophies, parades and a party at laser quest go down the pan, expect they'll sign Stevie G on a free and give him 5 sub appearances, so that he gets that illustrious premier league winners medal.

Officially coming back for a "legends" game.

I see Slot has gone full victim saying it's down to Michael Oliver if they don't win the league in an article on the paedo protectors website.
Of course our ever so impartial, publically funded national broadcaster isn't allowing comments.
Knowing that the grief monkeys are offended by everything and ashamed of nothing, they've realised they'd have to pay all the moderators overtime if they had to remove any comments that the victims wouldn't like.

Not that he ever would but if Pep came out with something so ridiculous, it would be open to comments for every Rag, Dipper and Tarquin keyboard warrior could spout their bile and post libellous comments with complete impunity.

From what Slot has said to clarify his comments, to me he's making it worse. He's now directly calling Oliver a liar and claiming he's stitched him up by, at best mishearing him and at worst falsifying his report. When all the evidence suggests that he probably did swear at him and Liverpool have somehow managed to find some favour somewhere to fit this ban in after all of their more difficult games have passed.

Either way, it's a petty thing to be saying when they're already many points clear at the top, and possibly a good mark of the man himself. If so, I can't wait to see what he's like under pressure next season, it'll be like watching one of those horrid pink blancmanges you used to get at school slowly melt and turn to mush.

I'd hope the FA ban the repulsive jelly baby lookalike for an extra game for that. I'm sure the anfield crowd will see this as a case of victimisation though. Let the t-shirts of support be printed forthwith!
