only if Brighton will try the suicidal high lines Chelsea tried to do. Hurzeler will watch back the game he beat us few months back and will realize how he can hurt us and thats not a naive high line where our forward players have some space. Brighton does like modern style but not that naive. especially that with a win they can go front us. this will make them more defensive and run counters towards the end where we physically tire a lot.

The Forest game was a fine margain that if we had a bit of fortune would have clawed something out of, even with a collective fuck up with their winner. Brighton are of similar standard and although we must start improving our cutting edge there were small signs of encouragement.

The unpalatable truth is the club only now have two world class players , Haaland and Rodri , a former wc player KDB, two used to be great players Gundo , Silva , two average keepers , the rest of the squad is made up of Crystal Palace type players , Nunes , Lewis , Ake , Gonzalez , Doku , etc

Anyone blaming our performance at Forest on Doku and Savinho is being foolish. Pep went with a safety first tactics which helped us control their transitions most of the time, but at the expense of our attack.

That's the main problem on football forums: silly over reactions, especially after poor results. Those people would relegate the best team in the world if they were managers.

This team wouldn't make the top 8, let alone the top 4. The idea that those who didn't start in the last defeat must be better than those who did may seem attractive but it is a bit daft.

Currently, we have many players who are in poor form, especially in midfield where only Nico G is a firm starter. Foden, KDB, Bernardo and Gundo aren't good enough these days. Better play the team that started vs. Spurs.

They both flatter to deceive with poor decision making and final balls.

Taking things out of their context and jumping to conclusions is a common error. Sane and Sterling played with prime KDB, David and Ferna. This season our midfield has been crap. Our defence too. Savinho (20) and Doku 22) have been our least problem. Had they played with a brilliant team behind them, they'd have looked much better.
