No company is going to start publicly selling shares and within a week or so risk it tanking in value. They would want certainties.

I think they expected the result earlier to maximize share take up.It would be negative if they postponed it, one month delay means nothing.
If you want a positive view on it, they delay it one month so that The verdict that City has won is annonced first.
Delaying is right.
Maybe Mr Trumps behaviour is having an adverse effect on US shares as well as world polotics.
