Now THAT is funny!!
I mean I know technically it is, but my post was more aimed at the people who like to make everything a legal matter. It's a fucking sticker. You had to peel it off and maybe buff the paintwork a bit. Let's not pretend any actual damage was done. Damage in the dictionary definition of the word, rather than what you might be able to get a lawyer to take a case for, of course.Sorry, but “putting a funny sticker on someone’s car” is property damage. Property damage is a criminal offense. Ergo, it’s criminal damage.
The mentality I don’t understand is “Why does anyone think it’s OK to mess with other people’s property?”
It isn’t!
While I agree, there are degrees of offense, that’s what the courts are for.
Don’t touch me or my stuff and I won’t touch you and your stuff. Simple.
Now, once you cross that line, who gets to determine degrees? Not much, too much? Not hard, too hard?
Yep.
Hmmmm…if I have to lift a finger to return it to its original condition, it’s been damaged, has it not?and maybe buff the paintwork a bit. Let's not pretend any actual damage was done.
If you listen to his whole interview on the issue rsther than some leftist's cut up...Did he pretend though? Or did he just miss speak. Seems to be an epidemic of that going around Gilead at the moment
There are multiple statements from gim including videos being played on news channels... But if you want to limit yourself to what that guy posted. Have at itYou have decided to add vandalism into Trump’s definition of boycotting in an attempt to try and make what he said make sense.
Wrongly.
Still whining? Keep it up. You are doing a fantastic job.Let us discuss the principles of someone who specifically voted for someone who he described "an idiot all of the time."
Unless we want to discuss the intelligence of someone who would do so.
Then keep watching :)That is the dumbest thing I have read in a long while. It’s like watching a person devolving into a single cell organism in real time.
At least you are more honest about the violence of the American left. I appreciate that. Some just wish it away :)Well, with all the federal employees sacked, there's thousands of suspects.
Some might say it's just illegal acts in response to illegal acts by the Tesla Chainsaw Massacre.
You can categorically prove its only the lefties? None of the plethora of disgruntled 'Americans' Musk and his minions have fired are republicans?Absolutely!
If a Tesla buyer wanted to object to what the owner was doing, not buying Teslas anymore would be a legitimate form of protest.
Vandalism at Tesla stores and harassing private owners of Tesla products wouldn't though, right?
The lert in America doesn't understand this though.
Vandalism isn’t boycotting. There are multiple statements from gim including videos being played on news channels... But if you want to limit yourself to what that guy posted. Have at it
At least we are in agreement that vandalism is wrong. Good start :)
Good on them.Judges hit back
The federal judges who sit in judgement on Trumps executive orders are hitting back hard. Trump loses case after case, even if temporarily, and he has lost twice at SCOTUS.
But we are now seeing something extraordinary in the decisions handed down.
Here are what judges have been saying this week.
“An American president is not a king” Judge in DC.
“….after enduring an eight year war against a monarch’s cruel reign…… This is what it comes down to: we may choose to survive as a country by respecting our constitution, the laws and norms of political and civil behaviour, or we may ignore these things at our peril.” Judge in Rhode Island.
“It has become ever more apparent that to our president, the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals”. Judge in Seattle.
This is extraordinary and unprecedented. Federal judges are warning of a constitutional crisis. SCOTUS May finish up with no choice but to damn Trumps appeals when they arise. If they ignore these judges, their credibility will be gone. Potentially, there is revolution in the air.
God help America.
Aye, might be worth calling your insurer and making a claim. But in all seriousness, if you can return something to its original state with minimal effort, then no, it hasn't been damaged. You've been slightly inconvenienced.Hmmmm…if I have to lift a finger to return it to its original condition, it’s been damaged, has it not?
De minimis non curat lex.Sorry, but “putting a funny sticker on someone’s car” is property damage. Property damage is a criminal offense. Ergo, it’s criminal damage.

Perhaps it's an "American right" who's lost their job, house, etc...At least you are more honest about the violence of the American left. I appreciate that. Some just wish it away :)
I mean, they didn't consider it sabotage though. That's what they wanted. But yes!You think the Biden administration were involved in deliberate sabotage? Could you quantify that?
