I would like to see Echeverri at some stage today. We are desperately short of creativity now that KdB is fading. Echeverri is young but the Argentine national coaches think he’s good enough for their senior squad now. Come on at 60 mins?

Looking at our probable team tomorrow and it just looks weak as piss by our previous standards. Kova and Nico in midfield (an average top half pairing) Rico or Nunes right back (mid/lower table players) and Savio/Doku on the wings (exciting to look at but bottom half Prem goal involvements). How did it get to this? WTF has happened to Foden. Gunda, Kev, Bernie all gone to shit as well. And why are we not using Gvardiol’s attacking threat anymore. It’s bizarre. We still need about 6 quality players. I think Marmoush can be great if we play to his strengths, which bar Newcastle and Chelsea we aren’t. And Khuzanov is fantastic. But Pep, Tixi, Kaldoone and Serano have totally fucked up this team. Hopefully they’ve got the drive to mend it over the next year or two. For what it’s worth I’d like to see us go

Release Grealish and just let him be free for once like he was at Villa. Younger legs at the back. Foden deeper to get more involved. Savinho and Gvardiol playing like wing backs. And plenty of long balls from Eddie and Khuzanov to Haaland and Marmoush. If we pick a team like last week we have zero chance at all.

Grealish is not played on the left because I think Doku has the most successful take-ons per minute played of any PL player. I say 'think' because the broadcaster in the WHU v Newcastle game this week displayed an in-game graphic of the top 5 PL players with the highest successful take-ons. The top 2 were Kudus and Doku but if you compare their numbers by minutes played, Doku is way ahead of Kudus. That will be no surprise to City fans as Doku (and Savinho) have been running defenders ragged recently but we haven't been able to create many chances from this. In part that is because recently Forest and Liverpool packed their box with defenders.

I think the problems at City at the moment are in the AM position. I expect Marmoush might play as a 2nd striker vs BHA.

Always liked brighton one of my favourite clubs in the league. Owner who knows what he is doing, great mamagers,attractive football and players seem to be from the right cut as well

Yep spot on and add to that a centre forward who touches the ball on average 6 times in 90 minutes - although not 100% his fault - some blame for rest of team not getting the ball to him quickly enough

Cite your source for the 6 touches per 90 minutes please. Any fact, or piece of data you quote, should be evidenced, particularly if you select a username like your own.

Haaland's stats are amazing given the injuries City have faced this season. Obviously there's more to City's form than injuries, but the performance of Haaland this season, in the circumstances, has been nothing short of magnificent.

They and Bournemouth play good football. Forest have been lauded too but the football they play is horrible, or at least not entertaining.

Yeah forest are doing well with the limited players they have. Will finnish 10-15 mext season as they have overachieved. Brighton and Bournemouth can challenge for European spots on a consistent basis.

Bournemouth will likely be raided in the Summer transfer market, and Iraola might leave too. BHA have shown that they have the management structure in place to overcome the loss of players and coaches.
