I would have thought that, if it's good news for City, it would make PR sense for the PL to leak some news a few days before the actual release so the piss boiling dies down a bit before the actual release.

Friday would be a good day to start that process .....

I don't think it's up to those pl cheats when they will release any decisions. I'm sure the arbitration committee decides that. I could be wrong.
