PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

There's been loads of talk of the club being confident, nods and winks, someone saying a high up in CFG has said something.

I'm not speaking solely of transfer rumours, I get that agents etc. could be talking

But "horse's mouth" and Fbloke, Markmmmac recent posts DO suggest it's from within the club

It's not the end of the world btw, but when people are laying into ITKs a bit, I just think the real enemy are the people who feed the info

But in respect of 115 what has leaked from City? Billy Shears claim was that he was told City had not received a verdict. That's not a leak imo. Tolmie's news was wrt agents.
 
Having been guilty of veering off topic on this thread a number of times (watercress-gate being one of the biggies) I'll say where my head is at on this - I'm not in a million years am I an ITK (not in this space anyway) - I'm thinking the recent body of 'soft signals' (mainly EH's 115 month deal, Pep re-signing for two more years, the new signings in January etc) says to me the club 'must' feel confident of beating these charges. And I think thats it right now. I don't think right now there's anything else to definitively know despite what twitter mongers chasing a click for money or influence (nobheads) are intimating or inferring.

Struggling to understand your angst here.

Of course there's nothing to substantiate, I'm talking about the information ITKs share on here which by definition is never substantiated.

People tonight were wanting ITKs to provide their sources or come with something more concrete. It got me thinking that whoever feeds the ITKs are a problem

If you're defending ITKs, I'm not digging at them. If you're defending the club, okay no proof, but you may as well discount half the ITK stuff then

He seems a bit of a wum with some recent comments? He's been a member less than a month. Sounds like he's fishing with some comments? Imo leaks seem pretty tight from the club on this so far...He sounds like an attention seeker, I should just put him on ignore.

You are conflating demonstrative confidence with leaks. Plus there is a ton of Chinese whispers too with plenty starting here.

Nobody I’ve spoken to knows when the decision is coming and nobody has seen any white smoke from any party so these leaks can’t be that strong because I’ve spoken to quite a few people (outside of the club).

stefan did you have you know when the apt was going to be delivered i think i remember you been on talksport and mentioned something about the verdict and it was announced a few hours later

Obviously people at the club talk to people. They have hundreds of employees, so it’s inevitable and, indeed, just human nature. I have friends at the club myself who give a jist of things, but much of it is just anecdotal or Chinese whispers, nothing that I’d say constitutes an actual leak. Not really sure why you see it as so problematic.

Not being familiar with the local layout of Coventry does that mean you're close enough to pop round give him a slap preferably whilst sleeping & remove all internet capable devices from the house and pour some hydrochloric acid into his fibre terminal?
