TAA like Sterling did wants to leave to progress his career, and you can't knock him for that. Obviously the cult are n't happy, but if you have the chance to join Madrid then not many players will turn them down.

Exactly

Besides, he's not done much wrong. He's seeing out his contract, he hasn't forced a move or anything.

If any City play honours their contract, doesn't wanna sign a new and moves on then i dont see an issue, as long as they do their job properly until then.

The only worry now is they might get a right back that cab actually defend.

It'll be Woodgate 2.0

Be funny if his debut was like that

To be fair to Woodgate, he was a very good defender, plenty of talent but was done in by injuries (and lifestyle apparently) , but he was a quality player when young and fit. His debut for Real Madrid was a nightmare and his injuries after made him never really get any momentumt there. But he had the ability. I remember he went to spurs later and was very good.

Trent is bang average, he can just hit a good pass now and again but it's because he attempts it 30 times a game. I'd imagine most premier league players can hit one good one from that many attempts.
