Russian invasion of Ukraine

Ukrainian Forces have entered Kotlyne,Donetsk Region, and pushed the Russians out.
About 10km slightly Southwest of Pokrovsk.

Heroyam Slava.
i guess it's pretty clear now why orange **** are trying so hard to stop it.
there's no **** defense lines behind this point. New appointed general Drapatiy is doing some damage

In the seven and a half months since the start of the Kursk operation, the total enemy losses in this direction have amounted to more than 55 thousand people. Of these, more than 22.2 thousand were irretrievable, more than 31.8 thousand were medically injured, and more than 940 were taken prisoner, — Syrskiy.

And Cossacks are still there.

EU refuses to lift sanctions. best line ever...“For an administration that seems to consider Europe useless and pathetic, they sure need a lot of our help to make a half-baked ‘peace deal’ with the Russians work,” one EU diplomat told the Telegraph

Europe is waking up. Will not happen for obvious reasons but would love nothing more than to see us mobilise a strong European force (and those of the willing like Canada) to Poland/baltic states and give that pair of cunts Trump and Putin something else to think about. Do the unexpected.

Oh how brilliant would it be that over the next week Ukraine reclaims a huge amount of territory

Apparently,8 month ago, there was going to be a massive all in,Russian offensive, right across the frontline.
The Kursk incursion put a stop to it.
It also pulled a lot of Russian troops from Donbas Region.
Only my opinion, but i don't think the Russians will recover in Donbas.
They also look a bit thin in the South on the left bank.
Maybe summat in the pipeline, now they started to use F-16s to hit ground targets?....dunno.

Kaliningrad looks geographically vulnerable to me, perhaps the coalition of the willing could organise a land sea and air ‘exercise’ all around its borders. All the time denying that it has any plans to invade. Should get Trump’s attention.

Incidently Russia can export food stuffs to other countries and get pId for it.
They don't need sanctions relief to do it.
So Russia not agreeing to the deal is pure propaganda.

For now at least, or at least until Europe can get its ducks meaningfully in a row, sanctions are the only real leverage it has, and it absolutely must hold fast.

If there’s one thing we can thank Trump for, it’s for giving Europe a common purpose and hopefully a will to do the right thing whilst looking after itself, rather than just squabbling between each other as seems to have been the case for quite a few years.

If it works out, US hegemony will be a thing of the past and Europe will be able to exert a positive influence around the world as a counter to the Chinese while the US stays inward looking and becomes less relevant to the rest of us. Still plenty of things that can and are very likely to go wrong though.

Starmer said “Putin is playing games” we’ve seen this playbook before” answering the questions. BBC asked the question the pressure should be on Russia to ceasefire.
Zelenskyy leading from the front Starmer rambling a bit. The military chiefs of defence of the willing will meet in Ukraine next week.

“A lot of erms” struggling to keep plans secret which is understandable with the press. We will find out in due course. We are working on the broader EU and fishing rights.
Definitely struggling in answering the questions on our Nuclear defence weapon. There will definitely be a vote in the HOC before sending British troops to Ukraine.

Zellenskyy said “two billion in aid from Europe, America is important in negotiations with the Kremlin, we have to work with the WH.
“The minerals deal Zelenskyy not going to America” the teams are working on it”
