He said everyone has returned from international duty fine so Gvardiol should be in the squad (I expect him to start).

Looks like we won’t see Echeverri this season. City are reported to be looking to loan him out. Sorry, I don’t get that but then I’m not present at training.

Somehow I doubt it. Those few not on international duty/ on the treatment table have been holidaying. For about the 10th time this season. So imo 2 days ' training ' ( because I do wonder what they actually do - see corners taking/ defending, throw ins, free kicks, pks, defending - just all gash ATM so I don't expect much of an improvement tomorrow.

I honestly think pep says the right words but I don't actually think many in the team are that bothered about winning anything this season. Big wake up call if they don't get 5th CL spot and tbh it really isn't a given.

But then I hope I'm completely wrong and they turn up like a rejuvenated winning mentality team tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I think we practice defending our own throw ins, they always seem to go to the opposition.

Should be a very tough afternoon, Bournemouth are a well coached side with some very decent players. Their recent form has been a bit ropey but tomorrow is a huge game for them and they’ll see it as a huge opportunity.

Hopefully Pep will figure out how to deal with our lack of legs in midfield. We have enough quality to beat any team left in the cup but we’re going to need a lot more from Phil, Doku, Savinho and KDB.

Away to Bournemouth was really where our league season started to go south so a win tomorrow would be a nice indication that we’re starting to come out the other side of it.

This is the point where we kick into gear, old habits die hard.

We’re obvs not as good as in previous years but we have bags of experience and knowledge of how to navigate tough games at the business end of the season.

Comfortable win tomorrow kick starts our end of season charge to FA Cuo glory and a 3rd placed finish. We’re still plenty good enough to do that.
