I’m hearing we’re not far off from learning the outcome to the 130 charges City have faced. The smart money has got to be on a fudge. Why do I say that? Well - a number of reasons really.

A big clue is Sky telling their pundits to go easy with their thoughts about the judgement. If City were going to get nailed I’m sure they’d be allowed to say what they like but I reckon their anger is going to have to be tempered.

Just as the British govt got deeply involved in the decision to allow the Saudi’s to take over at Newcastle, it’s a certainty they’ll have had something to do with the outcome in this case.

Boris Johnson didn’t want to piss MBS off - and Starmer can’t afford to fall out with the Emeratis. I might be wrong, but I don’t think so.

I was bemoaning the Nico swap at half time as I thought we needed an attacking tweak not a defensive one, but that substitution changed the game. The kid WAS the attacking tweak, I just didn't appreciate it before I saw it.

As for Grealish, I love that lad too. I don't think the people on here who keep saying that he brought us stability by retaining the ball BUT wished he'd shoot more often, actually get it. The stability came because he doesn't lose the ball, because he doesn't shoot, and because he doesn't seem to mind getting a little whack as long as he gets a free-kick for his troubles. He's learned a lot since joining us IMO.
I was touting nunes off ries on kusanhov to right back for half time change....,)

There’s no doubt that the PL will want to protect its brand and those that pay to show it around the world. The paying media will want assurances that their investment is safe and how they promote it going forward.

Interesting that Sky have issued a notice to their pundits and now the face of the PL in Qatar is offering his thoughts on the matter.

This bit of nauseating sycophancy from Stone almost put me off my breakfast:

"There was the familiar spark in Amorim's eyes as he delivered the message, suggesting he was having a bit of fun."

Chief football news reporter finds news that things are remaining the same, shocker. See 12 page colour supplement - Charlton , Law and Best unlikely to appear again; Beckham gets tattoo; Ronny Jonnsen's sudoku tips, and more!

115 discussed on The Overlap again. Now we have an Ipswich fan, bemoaning them being shit is somehow linked to City. She goes on to state how City have been doing it for 15 years. No “allegedly”. Just a statement of fact. How that City fan can just sit there and listen to this trash is beyond me.

.. as we luxuriated in his all enveloping man musk, several of us, struggling with tears, nodded knowingly and we all seemed to be on a higher plane of conciousness, Ruben loves us, that much is clear,,

Amazed that (Sly & the Family) Stone hadn't yet compared that friendly, cuddly, charming Amorim, to spiky, sulky Pep ?
Why does anything about the Trafford Tramps have to be reported on by the BBC Chief Football Reporter ?

mcfc lads is a sound lad, proper fan, but with him being young he doesn't look to have that matured confidence to fight back yet. Not like Big Steve for example.

Steve said on YouTube a while back that loads gets cut out of that show, and apparently lots of what Carragher said about 115 when Steve was last on was edited out. I think we know why.
