They can tell the media that they won the case. They can brief the media on how to interpret the decisions. They can use their client reporters to set whatever narrative they want. They've done it before.

they can lie through their teeth all they want and spin any narrative they want and they will just prove to be liars as per usual, the document will be there for everyone to see.

Me and my missus have eternal arguments about this.
I'm always telling her that our dog knows when it is walkies time (after i finish work) and gets exited and begins getting skitty.
She's always telling me this is impossible because dogs have no concept of time and that he's just pleased to see me.

My response is usually: "Well at least something is..."

Being honest and forthright is not "talking us down".
We don't know if we are clean or not for certain regardless of how much FAITH we have in the club.
