United fan arrested for slapping Jack Grealish after derby

Thanks for that explanation, I was confused thinking the two were connected.

Though I disagree about not sharing banners on derby day. There were 70,000 rags there yesterday and one acted like a prick, has been caught and will face the consequences both by the law, the rags and probably a few Blues too.
There were 70000 pricks there yesterday mostly wearing Red. You can’t lock them all up sadly.

All matey matey aren't they. Makes me fucking sick to be honest. That arsehole Walker after the cup final last year getting everyone together to give them a guard of honour. Still makes my blood boil just thinking about that day. Then he goes and says shit like this after the game "hopefully that's some justification for some of my friends in there that have worked hard and dealt with a lot of stick recently." Last 3 competitive games against that shit we've not beat them despite them being awful. Embarrassing. They should all be seething after losing a derby, don't remember those cunts giving us a guard of honour after we beat them in the final.
Well they did !!

Droylsden, bandit country, home of 1/5 of Take That

Didn't know that. Home of 100% of me, though.

"Droylsden was settled around AD 900. Before Droylsden became a part of Greater Manchester, it was popularly referred to by Mancunians as "The Silly Country". One suggestion as to the source of that nickname is that once a year, some of the townsfolk used to watch an annual carnival by bringing a pig and sitting it on a wall to watch the passing entertainment with them. The Pig on the Wall public house, converted from a farm in 1978, takes its name from that story."

The bus from Droylsden to Ashton was called The Flying Pig if I remember right .....
