Nah, it's not Grealish's fault.

I've said it before, there's a breed of young football fan now, that goes to games completely coked off their tits.

Shouting at subs warming up like some sort of deranged lunatic. I was sat next to this lad at the Leicester game and he was placing bets on his phone then momentarily looking up at the pitch to call someone a ****. Exploded into a rage because we conceded a throw in. I was looking at him trying to figure out what he was getting from this experience, because he was showing all the signs that it was causing him some sort of trauma. He fucked off at half-time and didn't come back. And I was so glad.

Exactly the sort of bellend who would slap someone while hiding in a crowd. Glad this twat got caught. He'll be banned now for life. Good fuckin riddance.
 
Funny because I went to Trent Bridge yesterday just a fortnight after seeing us lose at Forest

The difference was incredible as twice I was stopped inside the ground and asked by local cricket supporters:
"You look lost. Do you need any help?"

Compare this to the City Ground (literally two hundred yards away) and the sneering abuse from the overgrown chavs in the block above us following their late goal.

At lunch I had a pint in the Larwood and Voce pub.
I was wearing a City tee shirt and the locals were pleasant and all asking about Rodri and Haaland's fitness issues.
A fortnight ago I might have been twatted assuming that I'd not been refused entry.

That's the nature of football support and strangely I think (within reason) most of us prefer it that way

Usually we get 2 or 3 of these a season in the non SC seats. Always gone at half time too, weird.

Yep. We're in no position to take the moral high ground re chants. City fans (among others) have taken part in some very unsavoury songs about a certain tragic event, as well as the ones you've mentioned. In comparison, what was sang (sung?) about Phil's mum was pretty mild (if tacky) in comparison.
