FA Cup SF Draw | Nott'm Forest | Sun 27 April 16:30 | ITV1

If we don’t sell our allocation, will it be offered to Forest to take up?

Going with a mate who supports them and touch and go whether he’ll get a ticket.

I know for the Liverpool Semi we just put flags over the empty blocks
Forest don't need any more, the wankers. City ground only holds just over 30k, so ~27k home fans on average. 34k is more than enough.

Pretty pointless as most season ticket holders have swerved it, always ends up with everyone being able to buy extra, so should have allowed cup scheme members from the start to get extra as they have committed to everything with very little perks
They are going through the criteria quickly enough.
Should give the members a chance first so that ST holders don’t grab all the best tickets.

Well after 2 days of soul searching ( and nagging from my kids) I have bitten the bullet and bought 3.
I was adament I was out for this one but City are like a drug to me and once the kids started I knew I would back down.
I still totally disagree with semis still being played at Wembley but sometimes in life you do things begrudgingly.
Travelling in the car to either Watford or Beaconsfield on this one.

we are driving, always park at Watford. Best bet!

forgot we played them in the sem's a few years ago

All these Wembley games against mainly the same three or four teams just seem to blend into one distorted memory.

I’m pretty sure the Liverpool semi was on a weekend when there were no trains whatsoever between the North West & London though.

Probably didn’t help enthusiasm that it was during that spell we went through of getting to semis and then virtually conceding defeat with the team selection, in favour of a European game a few days later.

yeah the 2022 semi fina was the 3rd defeat out of 4 semis

with 2 weeks to go against Sheffield Utd we had sold 27500-29000 tickets, we are miles behind that, something doesn't add up with regard to sales, surely there is more demand from 37000 season ticket holders than what we have seen.

Just bought 2 for me and my lad. Never get sick of a day out at Wembley. I know it's expensive and some can't afford it, I got tickets in 545 as i couldn't afford level 1 prices

You are correct pal, I got to Wembley that year on a LNER train from Wakefield, that went to Kings Cross in London. It was slightly cheaper than an Avanti train to Euston, so that made up for the diesel I had to use to get to Wakefield from Manchester.

i actually think we have sold more than what we think, we have an initial allocation of 34000 tickets, of which 2000 or so are in tier 2, our end without tier 2 would hold 37500, so there are probably a few thousand that are set aside for fa's etc, no doubt we will get some more at some point, but i would guess we have sold 3/4000 more than we think

Looks like not many has shifted today.
