How many years has this 'transition' been going on for now, and how long do people leave it before it's just accepted that this is where they are now?

Genuinely curious on people's thoughts, as for years we've all thought they'll just throw another £200m at it, another manager, and someone will eventually get it right.

How many players and managers do they go through, before all of this just becomes business as usual.

On one hand (both hands) its hilarious to watch, but on the other I'm so curious to see where they'll be in 5 years; I just know it won't be in the top 4 or even 6.

I predicted in 2013 when the pisscan went into hiding that it would be twelve years before the rags won another Premier League title.

I was very conservative in my assessment, I don't believe they'll ever win the league again.
