"People in glass houses..."City’s priority is the charges. Once this issue is dealt with. Then Khaldoon will follow up with his threat

There is certainly more going on than we know about and understand. That much has been apparent since the reactions to the first APT award.
Being knowledgeable (I'm not claiming to be BTW) about a subject requires actual facts, us unwashed don't have access to what exactly is going on.What's the latest? Surely we have a knowledgeable here somewhere?
You mean like, suggesting your rival is getting away with self funding their football club through an international network of fraud and cooperation, right up to and including royalty, which any mafia outfit throughout history would be proud of. Whilst brazenly lending yourselves millions in interest free loans because, well, that's different. Glass houses indeed!"People in glass houses..."

It's the way of the world. That's why it's been hard work and taken so long. You mean like, suggesting your rival is getting away with self funding their football club through an international network of fraud and cooperation, right up to and including royalty, which any mafia outfit throughout history would be proud of. I am sure City know what has happened behind the scenes. They know which Directors have led the smear campaign and who has done the private press briefings. Thanks to a court ruling they have seen all the internal emails between the PL and other clubs. They have seen all the evidence and have a huge team of experts working for them.Their tactics are dictated by this knowledge.I definitely think we’ve allowed it to play out with confidence that we can expose them. 2 quotes come to mind…..
“Give them enough rope they’ll hang themsrlves.”
“Never interrupt your enemy when he’s making a mistake.”
They actually doing much worse teaming up with rival clubs and with exaggerated accusations and lies purely because of jealous envy of an opponents success. You get back in life what you try to others. Heavy, complicated stuff.I reckon the delay in announcement is City have gone full nuclear wanting shareholder loans to be backdated and the numbers recalculated for FFP calculations and the premier league trying to negotiate knowing that the shit has hit the fan! Then depending on other findings regarding the targeting of City and any correspondence between clubs and the league upon implementing the new rules that it’s proof that we were targeted and are now calling it all out.
Perhaps they should look back to 2009 with the “illegal” rules like the PL are trying to do by backdating their FFP investigation. What a vendetta this has been against our club. They actually doing much worse teaming up with rival clubs and with exaggerated accusations and lies purely because of jealous envy of an opponents success. The PL (and City) were ordered by a Judge to hand over the requested emails. No lawyer would defy that decision unless they wanted their career to end. City have had a spring in their step since that moment.I wouldn't trust the pl to hand over all the email etc. I don't trust the football authorities

Lawyers are not usually stupid people. They have the help of technology and data experts who are also usually smart people. On the other hand Richard Masters is stupid. Even Trump and Hilary Clinton found it hard to conceal their emails. How would a lawyer know the pl have given him all the emails ?
………and what about the ones that the dog chewed up???How would a lawyer know the pl have given him all the emails ?
Have you actually read some of the threads hereabouts?Lawyers are not usually stupid people.
I can't find the post, but didn't TH post that the emails City got from the PL were showing how badly they had behaves towards City? Very interesting! The PL (and City) were ordered by a Judge to hand over the requested emails. No lawyer would defy that decision unless they wanted their career to end. He did. That is what the club believe.I can't find the post, but didn't TH post that the emails City got from the PL were showing how badly they had behaves towards City? Very interesting!
I can't find it but it was posted by Tolmie. Meanwhile the public statement from the APT case proves that the PL behaved despicably to City during that process. They delayed and obstructed the discussions at every stage. The Judges said the behaviour was "unfair" and "unlawful." But if you read the whole APT document I believe it shows pure malice and bad faith towards City. You can only imagine what has happened behind the scenes. There must be some damning content in those emails.I can't find the post, but didn't TH post that the emails City got from the PL were showing how badly they had behaves towards City? They should be trying to make the PL the best football league in the world. They had that, they've destroyed it. The board need replacing before things get worseThis is because the PL employ non-exec directors who are completely under qualified for the tasks put before them. You and I can see the obvious flaw in Chelsea's sale of its women's team for a massively inflated £200m. Add into the mix attendances, revenue streams from tv/sponsors, kit sales, etc. and it just doesn't add up.
