Ortega

Akanji Dias Gvardiol
Nunes Nico Kovacic O'Reilly
KDB
Savinho/Foden/McAtee Marmoush

Allows Nunes & O'Reilly to bomb forward but provides additional midfield numbers & stability at the back. Will he pick it? No. Will I suggest it each game? Damn right

Villa looked pretty good against the bar codes. Pacey, skilful and clinical. Hope Rashford plays instead of Watkins, he looked very lively indeed. Tielemans pulls most of the strings so I hope we are able to nullify him. If they turn up it will be a very tough game. They were attacking the left hand side yesterday. Nico will need some help.
I would take a draw.

Tricky game, they exploited Newcastle’s weakness at right back from the off. Whilst Nunes had his best game for City, I hope Akanji can step in and play for at least an hour.

These are a very good side who are well coached and rotate well so players are fresh.

I think Mings and Konsa can be got at at the back though, don’t think they’re as good as the rest of the team.

Toughest remaining game this. Win it and CL is pretty much secured with easier games to come. Lose and it could be a bit hairy.

Would take a point.

I still think we will make it along with Newcastle and Villa but Chelsea could still be a problem.

Yes that win today didn't help, Fulham were 1-0 up at about 67 minutes. I went off to do some domestics, then disappointed to see Chavs pulled a 1-2 win.

I think Chelsea have the smallest chance of all of us, and are the most unreliable.

Wouldn't change our chances for any of the others involved, just up to us to do the job.

Be nice if spurs can get something against forest ahead of Tuesday.

Probably a case of being a must not lose now given the teams around us also won. But we don't play like that normally and I expect us to go for them. We've showed we can control games for large periods even still now.

A draw probably suits both teams but something tells me this is going to be a very interesting game with one winner.

Don't get me wrong they are a decent side Villa and are in great form, but some are making out we are about to play one of the elite giants of Europe the way the hyperbole is being written out on some of these forum pages.

Villa have the 12th best defence in the league. They are on course to concede 54 goals in the league this year.

Their away record is 10th best in the division and have managed the same points away from home as Brighton and Palace and are only 1 point better away from home than Fulham and 2 points better than Wolves.

They have scored 11 fewer goals than we have this season as well.

They have a fighting chance for top 5 because their home record is the 3rd best in the division. But this is at our place.

Defensively we look much stronger in recent weeks, despite the mishaps against Palace.
