Seat Counters - 2024/25

The crowd vs Villa was an embarrassment to City. In the absence of an alternative evidence, I think it was the result of a short-notice fixture rearrangement from the weekend combined with sky-high match-day pricing, preventing the acquisition of tickets by match-day fans and the effective transfer of seats from seasoncard holders to matchday fans.

I don't think we can blame ticket agencies or make any assessment of the extent of their role based on the poor crowd last night. Unless someone has a good argument, they seem to be a distraction from the major issues of pricing and seasoncard availability.

I think the club will be concerned about the empty seats. The ticket office function is to maximise revenue and fill the ground.
Wait to the semi final it's going to bring a new detention to embarrassing it's fucking diabolical. Sorry i don't think we have even managed 27k..sick of all the pissy excuses this can be viewed as nothing sort of piss poor support

Sooner have 27000 who give a shit, rather than the extra 9000 wearing half and half's watching the game through their phones.

Has anyone used this site before? Is it reliable? What happens to the tickets after 10am on Friday does anyone know?
yes i have, bought for fulham away last season, 100% reliable, if its hours before the game make sure its a digital ticket your buying, prices dont come down much minutes before KO so they must be on sale/return basis

I didn’t say they were scared, I implied they were deterred from attending.

Yes I know people who no longer attend due to away fans in home areas and City’s penchant for severely punishing blues involved in any trouble with interlopers.

OK they are not scared.
Is it you or people who have told you or people you have read about who won't go to home matches because there might be away fans in the home end. ?

And if you know them, is it because they want to batter away fans and therefore scared of retribution from officialdomthat they will not attend. ?

I am intrigued as a City fan of over 60 years who has been in numerous home ends due to my allegiance to mcfc and never once felt guilt or trepidation.

52,192 apparently. It's like Peter Swales in reverse.
Conformation that then that the empty seats were from non-attending seasoncard holders. It seems obvious but there were some other theories going around.

City managed to raise match-day prices this high because of the success and a contented fanbase.
