Vardy leaving Leicester after 13 years

The same point still stands. Lineker is unlikeable - plenty of people saying he’s a slime ball. Went on strike from his £1,350,000 per annum job with no care in the world. He’s cut from the same cloth as his sleazy brother!

Absolutely nothing to do with his opinion on the conflict in Gaza.
I like Gary Lineker so he isn't unlikeable is he? He didn't go on strike from the BBC, he was suspended. So you can state that your opinion is fact all you like but in this instance, you're just wrong.

Would imagine Graham Cross remains their favourite son. Local lad who played 600 games for the club throughout the 60s and 70s and also played for the county cricket side at the same time. A real Billy’s Boots.

I can tell you love Gary Neville as well.

Cheating fucker with the face of a cartoon witch.
His major skills were running fast, initiating contact then throwing himself to the floor theatrically and it worked for a season when no referee wanted to be responsible for ending the Leicester fairytale.
Just an English Salah and any player who makes cheating a big part of their playstyle is well rid of out of league. Won't be remembered fondly by anyone who prefers their football without divers.
Harsh.... very harsh.

He was a very good player IMO.... so good he got on your tits.

I like Lineker as well. Don't really get why people dislike him. Passionate about Leicester and football in general, comes across well on the podcasts with Shearer/Micah and is largely positive about City. Not sure why people dislike him so much. The fact he fell out with the BBC is a positive in my book.

I also like Lineker!

Imagine the club who he supports releasing him at 16 for not being good enough.

Imagine!

(we'd have ruined his career if he stayed with us anyway so probably for the best :)
