Gvardiol by a distance.
Rodders is good mate but he isn’t that good.Truly a shambles of a season, the only players to have been completely consistent are O’Reilly or Rodri but neither have played enough to warrant Player of the Year.
Nunes has to be a sympathy vote. Okay, he didn’t ask to play as full back and he has stuck at it and shown decent form in the last month which is commendable. Player of the year is a serious stretch though. The home derby alone should be enough to rule him out. Easily the most depressing day of an awful season. And there have been many other errors along the way that cost us.
So it’s Gvardiol for me, and as someone else said, even he had a horrible couple of months mid season.
I was only joking in my post, don't think he'd come close in previous seasons but then, it's only about this seasonHe’s had 2 bad games and a bad 15 minutes of another game, all season. The rest he’s been amongst the best players on the pitch and often the very best.
You definitely can have your own opinions. But I don’t like the way you counter argument because it is misleading with a n intention. You made it sounds like city only lost to spurs when Kova is injured and when Kova came back he costed City lost to Villa. Truth is in November Walker was playing most of the City’s lost games, Gvadol was playing left full back, Akanji was the centre back and out of form Nunes and Gundo upfront. Despite the shaky backline, a just returned Kova still helped stabilising the back court of City greatly. Nobody can make a team win single-handily but without Kova the stability was non-existence.he started every game bar spurs we lost in November which was the start of our bad run
bournmouth, lisbon, brighton, then got injured his first game back after was defeat at villa.
now he hasn't been the worst midfielder this season and when played more forward has been good but lets not pretent he hasn't had an average year
There isn't one for me. If a gun was put against my head, I would say Kovacic. With only a few weeks left the bert I go with were talking about who will be PotS in a year not many have shined.
overwhelmingly Josko was the choice with ORielly /Kush young player.
top 2 was mainly
Gvardiol
Haaland
So who is everyones
Agree.he started every game bar spurs we lost in November which was the start of our bad run

no you said we only started our slump after his injury when in fact we were well into it and he started most of the games. You definitely can have your own opinions.
