Most painful goal in a City game

Luton is the obvious one, but anybody mentioned Pillocks own goal yet against QPR? Absolutely fuckin devastated me that one did.

Sterling's goal disallowed v Spurs in the Champions League.

I was still doing laps of the garden swinging my shirt around my head when my rag neighbor came out laughing his head off to tell me it had been disallowed.

I grabbed the bloke in front of me and kissed him on the forehead twice.

He hasn't been back since.

I rememeber that 97/98 season. Didnt we take the lead in the last minute then conceded in the 6th and 8th minute of injury time
It’s on YouTube somewhere. we took the lead in the last minute then managed to concede two in injury time, admittedly a huge amount of injury time. Just to add insult to injury they blobbed us again at Maine Road with a last minute winner, their only shot, we hit the woodwork about four times.

A couple of random ones for me. Brian McClair scoring 2 late goals in a 3-3 draw at Maine Road. It was my first Derby game and gutted. Although my 2nd Manc Derby was even worse when Keane scored with them coming back from 2 goals down
Another one was Matt Derbyshire sealing the Blackburn win in a 2-0 win in an Fa Cup 1/4 final. I was adamant we was going Wembley that year. How times have changed

I was at that one at St Andrews, wasn’t something like 12 minutes of injury time? I couldn’t even remember any injuries.

We’re about the same age so we’ve been through all sorts of emotions haven’t we, from all the plastic rags taking the piss to being the best team this country has ever seen
And when I look back, after all the success, I wouldn't really change any of it because being blue and going through it all with fellow blues has been an amazing privilege. And, when we won that 1st Premier League title - that Aguero moment - that will never, ever be surpassed, imho.

I've had some happy days but that was the greatest ever moment in my life. And, for a few minutes, I forgot all about that late winner from Jeff Astle!

This one legitimately still stings

Another Spurs one - Crouch late in '10 for the Champions League

I wasn't even alive for Ricky Villa and I fucking despite Spurs with ever fiber of my being

This. Made worse by the fact we’d played well and the ridiculous amount of added time
This was a very valuable defeat, it was the point at which we realised that the odds were going to be stacked against us and we had to do extra in every game to rise above the system to disrupt the status quo.

and boy, did we do that.

The goal that caused the most pain in a City game, by a country mile, was Agueroooooooooo.

I was about to say the same, I hate Spurs more than United most of the time!
