With the disclaimer that yes of course Khaldoon and Mansour have masterminded a revolution in the club and we've had lots of brilliant things and I'm grateful for that (etc etc) -

I can't watch his bullshit end of year videos anymore. Same old PR waffle that means nothing at all. With Khaldoon I don't think that he doesn't care about the fans, IMO he operates at such a global strategic scale that he literally can't comprehend what life is like for ordinary fans.

Which is ok to an extent - it's his strategic vision that has brought us the success - but it's also why you hire people who can make those decisions. And it's those people that have failed in certain areas.

Again it's why I always had admiration for Cook. He was brilliant at managing upwards as well as downwards, which is a much overlooked skill in all kinds of businesses.

As I see it, the OSC’s main objective is in the Club’s interest. In addition, City get many hundreds of free works in Branches and the OSC. Most fans want us to expand our fanbase too.

A lot of other stuff the OSC and Branches do is consistent with the protests like helping members to get affordable tickets eg we have a Branch Ticket exchange. Sharing travel costs. Charity fund raising. Helping to make sure good turnouts for away games not attracting full houses etc.

I have always considered the OSC "our guys in the club" rather than "the club's guys within the fanbase". I know there's some blurring there but I would guess that most of the members would probably see it like that if asked too.

Either way, if OSC leadership considers themselves as working in the best interests of the club rather than the best interests of the fans when those things diverge in matters such as ticket prices then they should absolutely not be in places like City Matters.

Weirdly my comments weren't deleted yet I was banned for "rules violations". Go figure.

So if we had seasons like we had under sven, Pearce and keegan, we would be dead to you.

Cutting through 24 pages, the main purpose of the OSC is to help the Club to expand the fanbase. There just seems to be a lot of confusion on here.

I guess Bluemoon would get closed down if it had a threat anti several of the groups listed.

The team expand the fanbase the OSC facilitate this and l would very much doubt it would have many members if it wasn't for the draw of match tickets.
The majority of its members probably don't attend any of their meetings or functions.

Valid question

I liked PB answer. I thought it considered and balanced.

But for me, i want the club (ie the entire thing from supporter to owner) to stop showing it's arse to the world because we are all up in arms about what one part is or isn't doing to the other.
I wan't to watch the game on TV without being the constant subject of supporter controversy.

I want the club to make sure that the stand opposite the camera is full on match days, not a half vacant desert because entitled season ticket holders couldnt't be arsed turning up and wasting the seat.

I want the fans who care the most to be as close to the pitch and cameras as possible.
I want the allocation of tickets to be fair and reasonable and transparent and agreed between all parties,especially the club who's seats they are in the 1st place.

I want the intrested parties to sort this out outside of the public eye.

I don't want my club dragged through the mud.

I'd like to be able get access to tickets based on supply and demand which opens the doors for non local fans to visit once in a blue moon.

Do i ever attend matches?
Not anymore since i am no longer local. Does this negate my opinion and right to a voice?

The Premier league are dragging us through the mud boss. Not the match attending fans who go week in week out home and away.
