Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

The replies that say "Reform it is then...", whilst obviously flippant, are part of the problem.
To dismiss genuine concerns as either racist, thick or/and even look down on those who go in their local Wetherspoons is arrogance.
This is exactly why Reform will continue to get votes. Not from me I might add.
They just cannot see the obvious. All the insults and name calling "Thich Racist C**ts (** because I know you're a decent lady) no matter how hard you try and point out what is blatantly obvious.

Yo don't need to be a Reform supporter or a tactical voter to understand what a mess the Tories made and Labour are making of the country.

Wes Streeting this morning couldn't answer why Labour came into power and the first thing they did was something they never even hinted at doing in their manifesto - taking away the WFA. I mean imagine Starmer standing up and pledging to save money by making poor people even worse off than they already were.

Resident Doctors were promised a deal which was deliverable in April, that deal has not been honoured so they are taking a ballot on industrial action as a result. There are countless other examples to show how Starmer has deceived and lied to the country. It is absolutely no surprise to those that can see what is happening that they got an absolute walloping on Thursday.

There are none so blind as those that won't see.

Labour need to be careful. They were given a resounding win, but only because the Tories were so inept. They need to deliver on something. Something tangible where those who feel ignored and forgotten can feel a difference. That's what matters.

My family and close circle often (laughingly) refer to me as "the Commie," mainly because I argue that immigration isn't to blame for all of the ills in our society. Yet I understand their frustration with what they see and experience. I see it too, yet I'm mindful of right wing rhetoric and refuse to get sucked into it.

The current Labour lot needs to remember its core base, because if they don't it will be disaster.

Must have been one hell of a dinghy or are they really outside this conversation and entered with passports, visas etc? Unless I have missed something the conversation Reform are having centers on people they believe are in country illegally.
Fuck all to do with "illegals"...these thick twats think: "immigrants...bad!"

Starmer has pretty much dismissed this. He'll move on in 5 years time to a cushy job back in law whilst the people he's screwed over suffer. Reform has stole a march on him by standing candidates that reflect our class level. Teachers etc which used to be what labour did until Blair changed the selection system because he wanted "no more local heroes". Replaced them with lawyers and health consultant's. The new generation of MPs have ben reselected via their Blair foundation training. I'm all for people in their 20's standing for MPs but the young ones have probably never worked in an "apprenticeship" role and experienced exploitation of themselves and others. They just blindly follow spreadsheets.

.... just so long as their dads' were toolmakers - the only qualification they'll need.

Can well believe it.
And if we go to war again? You can bet it will be those they currently sneer at and look down on that will be those that join up and bear the brunt of it.

Interestingly, one area that the current government is addressing with the numbers being deported going up.

And the ones that come back will be unemployable because they haven't received the mental support to process the horrors they had to do and face.

The pay rise for doctors was implemented in April as planned. The ballot relates to future years.

The WFA was means tested. Arguably using the wrong criteria which made it a bit of an own goal for the government but it’s not making the poorest poorer because they’re still entitled to it plus they’ve had above inflation pension uplifts.

You need to get over people suggesting Reform voters are racist or thick. If you vote for a party with a racist leader and racist policies that’s what happens.

It may have escaped your notice but this is the politics section of a football forum not fucking Question Time or a televised political debate. There are a couple of dozen regular contributors and maybe a couple of hundred occasional ones. It’s not influencing the results of elections. We don’t need to be politically correct and sensitive to the feelings of people we think are racist or thick in case it reinforces their voting intentions. You can say what you think on here. You need to grow a pair and stop being such a fucking snowflake.
