We finish 3rd minimum.

If Newcastle can draw away at the Emirates we will get 2nd because I don't see Arsenal picking up a win or even a draw at Anfield.

We will win all of our remaining games.

A few mentioning Fulham last day. The last time we dropped points to Fulham away was 18 Sep 2011. Nearly 15 years ago.

I meant we are almost certain to "atleast" finish 5th if we win 2 out of the next 3, regardless of the other results. Looking at the fixtures, I'm also confident of 3rd place.

If we put 6 past Southampton on Saturday then goal difference almost stops being a factor. If Arsenal lose at Anfield by a single goal then GD gets cut to 2, with us both on 67, and the rest close behind. We put 6 past Ipswich in January, we’re playing a lot better now, and Southampton are beyond bobbins. It’s no more than unlikely.

I can definitely live with Newcastle, Chelsea and Forest losing their next games, but to see Arsenal getting swallowed up by the chasing pack would be a farcically funny end to the season.

Why are you so confident that we will beat Bournemouth 3 days after the Cup Final? We will have to rotate players. Fulham away is also difficult.

Bournemouth is the hardest game, IF we win the cup on the Saturday,and are safe in top 5 by the time we play them.
 
Arsenal are facing a very difficult game at PSG this week. If they go out, Arteta's regime will come under scrutiny. I think he was appointed in 2019, and they have outspent City and yet all they have won under Arteta is one FA Cup. Their players are in their peak years but they are just 3 points above a an aging City side hit hard with njuries.

I think Arsenal will lose at Anfield, draw at home to Newcastle and beat Southampton putting them on 71 points.

I think City will beat Southampton and Fulham and draw at home to Bournemouth leaving us also on 71 points.

We've been hit hard by injuries in very important positions and have had to play players that are have been half fit, especially in defensive areas

And that cup win was with mostly Emery's team.

I reckon, when there’s one game left, we’ll be second with 71, Newcastle third with 70, Arsenal fourth with 67, Chelsea fifth on 66 ahead of Forest on GD.
