No country does it as well as the British
Missed it. When was it?
Lol.Make the best of it,all this will be gone soon,I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to put up the Union Jack
Laugh all you want,it’s comingLol.
You won’t even be able to say you’re European soon without being thrown in jail.Make the best of it,all this will be gone soon,I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to put up the Union Jack
No it's not. Reform are winning the next election and the wokeys will be shipped to Rwanda.Laugh all you want,it’s coming
Can't even have a nativity play on ve day now it seems. Multiculturalism gone mad.Make the best of it,all this will be gone soon,I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to put up the Union Jack
No it won't be gone. VE Day is celebrated not just in the UK but across France, Austria, Poland, the USA, and even Germany as well. Defeating Nazism in all its forms should be - and is - celebrated by not just this country but our international allies too. Even as someone who's not particularly nationalist or patriotic, the bare facts are that we defended our island against warmongering, genocidal fascists for the good of the continent and the world, and we succeeded in that endeavour. For as long as there are people alive with ancestors who formed part of the defence (however big or small), our respects should be - and are - paid to them. May 8 is marked by millions and it won't be forgotten.Make the best of it,all this will be gone soon,I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to put up the Union Jack
Union Flag? Isn't it the Jack if it's on a ship? It's not the Union Jack on the Mall ,no.

If you want to start criticising people who want to erase VE Day from our calendar, try your man across the pond: https://www.gbnews.com/politics/us/donald-trump-britain-world-war-two-ve-day-renames-us
Didn't know that! The name "Union Jack" has a historical connection to the flag being flown from the bowsprit of a ship, also known as the "jack".
Flown in the Mall or on land it's the Union Flag. So there you go consider yourself educated.
My other pet(ty) hate is those that fly the flag in their front gardens and fly it upside down:)Didn't know that!
Every day is a school day :)
No it's not. Reform are winning the next election and the wokeys will be shipped to Rwanda.
Yea, I took one down once because of that lol. (I put it back up the right way round). My other pet(ty) hate is those that fly the flag in their front gardens and fly it upside down:)
Coincidently, my wife, the one with the military family background, has just decorated our shop for VE day and I'm just about to tell her one of the strings of bunting is the wrong way around. Wish me luck :)Yea, I took one down once because of that lol. (I put it back up the right way round).
