India / Pakistan conflict.

"The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has approximately 70,000 active personnel and a fleet of 1,434 military aircraft. It is considered the seventh-largest military aircraft fleet in the world. The PAF has a primary mandate to provide aerial defense of Pakistan, with secondary and tertiary roles of providing air support to the Pakistan Army and Navy, and strategic airlift capabilities, respectively."

"The Indian Air Force (IAF) has a sizable active personnel count. As of January 1, 2025, the IAF has approximately 135,000 active personnel in service, along with around 140,000 reserve personnel. The IAF also operates a fleet of approximately 1,850 aircraft, making it one of the world's largest air forces."

Yeah it was "humour".

The fact the PM of Pakistan wants to hold a cabinet meeting at 10am suggests they will weigh up their options and not rush into anything daft. Will be loads of back channel talks from China and others going on now.

Been to India.

It was a life-changing experience, but there's millions of people just living their lives in the streets. Washing, sleeping, cooking etc

The rivers running through the cities, you cant even see the water in places due to the amount of plastic and rubbish floating.

But their priority right now is to bomb another country, apparently. Good stuff.

I don't think we'll go reckless. No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted to my knowledge, only some terror hideouts. So far, we've stopped all the trade, suspended the Indus Waters Treaty and raised the issue in the UN. It is the least we should be doing.

If "bombing other countries" is so bad, why did Britain launch the Falklands war and why are they egging on Ukraine? Why was Britain involved in destroying Iraq and Libya? It's not as if the NHS etc is in great shape?

What's really offensive is that, for all the sanctimonious "concern", when the British were in charge of India, barely 10% of India had school, electricity, clean water, sewage, the average lifespan was 29 years. Even though the population was a fraction of today's.

The reason that figure has risen to 80% today despite steep population growth, is because how much democratic, independent India has focused on it's people. Unlike Churchill and co.

One of the other priorities right now is to prevent other countries from sending over religious terrorists who repeatedly murder unarmed, defenseless Hindu civilians. It's called multitasking.

Modern India can only be viewed post colonialy. The poverty is a direct result of deliberate underdevelopment during British rule. The countries wealth was stripped from it. And the grounds of this conflict were created by divide and rule British tactics culminating with partition.

White superiority isn’t it?

You people back door fund the Pakistanis , India gets attacked you people don’t today anything to your Pakistani mates but when India retaliates it’s the problem isn’t it?
