Seat Counters - 2024/25

It's absolute bollocks, I know for a fact to get a ticket allocated to yourself through a supporters club you have to have at minimum a matchday membership.

Now if were talking members of a supporters club letting others in their branch use their numbers thats a different argument but the fault there would lie with the committee/members of said branch not City
Agreed but it appears that is what is happening. Overseas branches are a different issue as they can hardly be expected to have the requisite number of points etc and their support is possibly confined to a handful of visits per season dependent on where they are based. The question is how to distribute the tickets fairly and there will always be anomalies but when it comes to Wembley there is always the same arguments about how fans who aren't SC holders manage to obtain a ticket on the first day of sale and that can't be right can it?

Don't worry plenty left at 125 pounds upwards
Don't tell Mrs 2112, two nights in a premier inn at Rickmansworth already paid for added to this and all I hear is we could have gone away somewhere new for a week for what we spend at the semi and the final and we've done it loads of times already. She really hates wembley.

Around 380 left still in the 1894 block. Only around 150 odd sold there strangely. Although it shows sold out at first until you give it a couple of refresh so I bet people have just selected elsewhere thinking it was full.

From your description, it sounds like the OSC
doesn't seem to be a driving force in bringing forward a next generation of fans into the OSC?
If that description is correct across majority of
OSC it sounds like a bleak future once current mid 50s group moves on....? In other threads posters have discussed similar % ageing ST holders and ways in which the Club needs to prioritise ways to involve greater % of younger fans to deliver a strong base of local fans for the future
Our OSC has a mixture of ages and a good sprinkling of Season ticket owners. I'm not surprised if the age profile is a bit older than average: but do think they serve a useful purpose. We're one of the Southern ones, so taking a larger group to Southampton at the weekend- but usually the allocation is only 2-3 tickets for each match

I’m a member of an OSC and got my tickets through them. I’m a 59 yr old season ticket holder and on the cup schemes. My boys are both members aged 14 & 29,as well as my wife and are all season ticket holders.
We applied through them to guarantee to sit together as we all have various points.
We didn’t join the OSC to gets tickets but to attend meetings with various guest.
I’m more than happy for the distribution of all away tickets to go to a ballot, that way I may stand a chance of going to more rather than funding touts

That's irrelevant, the point is people who may support the club who aren't a SC holder, not in the cup scheme and not even a member are supposedly getting tickets because they are a branch member. That's the inference from other posters.
And people are defending that as "most" members have points and SC , its fucking corrupt it its true.

I think that a lot of fans who signed up to it are members only and not ST holders so they have to wait until it drops down to their level to buy......assuming the criteria drops that far of course

That's where I stayed for the semi. Will be there again for the final.

well pissed off. not missed a home game in the cup and got to bournmouth and the semi but only £125 tickets left. no way can i pay for them

And I should add that Blocks 522 to 527 i.e
the more expensive seats by the side, rather than behind the goal, are not for sale. That suggests the club - for whatever reason - is deliberately holding back the sale of seats in numerous blocks in tier 5.

That's great, I can spread out in block 526 as no-one else will be there.... odd that I was able to buy tickets there this morning..

What a surprise! Instead of panicking and buying an expensive seat at 1.00pm, I decided to wait and see. At 4.00pm, 600 seats in block 525 were released. These are far better seats, closer to the halfway line, than were available earlier - I got one at £125.

Why the club do this, I have no idea. What I do know, is that it penalises fans with higher points totals, since you are being led to believe that there are few seats left. I have little doubt that they will do the same again and release more "blanked out" blocks for sale tomorrow morning.

So, if you are waiting to qualify tomorrow, don't panic, my guess is that there will be plenty of seats available, certainly in tier 5, but perhaps only the £125 plus seats.
