Those jabs are incredible. My cousin (male) went on one version of it as he was in the diabetic range. Well he was well over it.

Gone from 17 stone to 12 in a year and a bit. Incredible weight loss. Never feels hungry now. His diabetic score went from 50 something to 30 some thing.

Think I need to have this to keep my hand out of the biscuit tin!

You don't get an injection for that. You can learn a language watching youtube, and you can learn bits of DIY and car servicing watching youtube, so it stands to reason that you can get fit by watching sport on youtube.
