I reckon Level 1 and Level 5 could be gone before the next window opens on Monday. Once its on sale to all matchday members the rest of Level 2 will shift

It looks like the normal seats will sell out on Monday at 10 am when the next window opens.....
Cityzens Matchday and Cityzens Junior Members who purchased 1 or more home* FA Cup fixtures since the start of season 2022/23
Good job all.
4,000 at the start of the day and more than half gone. Not bad.left 1914,, sold 31,553 --at 17-27

I don’t know why they don’t give most/all level 2 tickets to all the hangers on and official ticket tout sites and save the cheaper ones for the fans who can least afford it.Those expensive tickets are proving hard to shift unsurprisingly.
Whatever they come up with I guarantee someone would feel hard done to.Another complete waste of a window. 1 FA Cup game from a few seasons ago!!!! I wouldn't be happy if I was a regular match-goer and am still behind somebody that went to 1 FA Cup game 2.5 years ago. Ridiculous.
Ridiculous criteria. This will make no difference to sales at all.
I am not even sure that there will be any normal seats left after this evening / weekend.Ridiculous criteria. This will make no difference to sales at all.
What the fucking hell are they playing at? Get them banged out then people can make plans rather than not knowing. It looks like the normal seats will sell out on Monday at 10 am when the next window opens.....

Has that happened before? I can’t remember. If they are regulars they will have been covered by the criteria.
Unless they regularly DONT go to cup matches - that are rarely midweek and night matches.
I just wish they had put the final criteria for Monday afternoon out now. There will definitely be unsold level 2 tickets then.
The main problem is the short turnaround from the semi final.
I notice nobody has explained just why the final is BEFORE the last day of the league season.
Has that happened before? I can’t remember.
A good suggestion made a few times by other people is that the Level 2 seats should in future be used to cater for players, staff and sponsors so that more of the slightly cheaper seats are left for fans.I don’t know why they don’t give most/all level 2 tickets to all the hangers on and official ticket tout sites and save the cheaper ones for the fans who can least afford it.
Even better, make them available from the start of the sales process to anyone with a purchase history or Citycard. Basically let the touristy types who use the ticketing sites buy them and sell the rest of the allocation normally.A good suggestion made a few times by other people is that the Level 2 seats should in future be used to cater for players, staff and sponsors so that more of the slightly cheaper seats are left for fans.
I don't think the FA should be issuing fans at that price as part of the allocation. They can't sell them to their own members because they are so expensive.
The wigan final as well, cause we went to reading the midweeka few times. The cup final where Michael Owen scored the winner in 2001 for one.
And Yaya's winner.
Whenever noone owns up, something is afoot.
Spot-on. They can’t sell them to corporates but are happy to fleece the regular fans. They should sell them at reduced prices. That’s what happens with unsold flights and theatre tickets.A good suggestion made a few times by other people is that the Level 2 seats should in future be used to cater for players, staff and sponsors so that more of the slightly cheaper seats are left for fans.
