Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Might be a stupid question, but can flexi gold STs be on the cup scheme?

Not that I’m in the market for one, I’m v happy with my Gold ST! Just wondering in terms of how it works etc

Yes, Flexi Gold's can subscribe to all Cup Schemes like Gold STs
 
The renewal window deadline has been extended. Maybe there haven't been as many renewals as expected thus far. Or having the renewal window running alongside cup final ticket sales with queueing mechanisms for the website wasn't the best idea:


Due to the bank holiday within the renewals period, we have extended the deadline until 5pm on Monday 12th May.
 
If I opt for the 10 monthly instalments, is there a charge or do I pay exactly the same as if I did a one off payment?
 
Not sure If anyone can advise but my son (adult season ticket holder) is unable to attend next year (university etc.). Is it possible to transfer his season ticket and points to another family member?

If so, how is that done?

Yes. But probably not officially. Just get them to log on to your son's acount and download the season ticket on to their own phone.

Not officially - but if your son shares his login with your other family member they can download the ticket to their phone.

My lad is in the same position. I emailed the club and they suggested he could swap to the Flexi gold, but as he wouldn't be able to attend the 16 matches, he'd be stuck with it.

I've no problem with putting his seat on the exchange, which we've done this year when he's not been able to make games, so it's the 10 personal attendance rule that will be the issue.

I did try downloading his ticket to my phone recently but it won't let me. Presume it can only be in one wallet at a time, so for next season may try and get his ticket onto mine and then I can use it occasionally if it hasn't sold to make sure we make the 10 minimum.

At the other end of the spectrum, my dad is in his 80s, does ok with his phone but hasn't worked out how to do the exchange and although he's linked and I can buy tickets for him, I can't put them on the exchange. He'll occasionally miss a game due to health or if the weather is really bad, so doubt he'll make 16 games so chances are next season will be his last.

Weird that City don't want older fans who've been going since the 50s to attend, or younger fans who are just about to start having disposable income. Maybe I need to get them both half and half scarves so they can get in

For your dad, are you close linked on the city site?
I've not put anyone's ticket on the exchange but I can transfer my mates' tickets for them to someone else.

Close linked but can't put them on the exchange. If I try and explain it to him, he'll probably end up listing all of his tickets!
 
Sorry if this has already been covered but how do I cancel my season ticket? I can’t find the info anywhere.
