Strange that Guardiola chooses to field a front 4 of players that are neither fully match fit nor fully in form. To then set up quite so narrowly- lines won’t need repainted- just adds to the confusion.

What a bizarre situation.
We've had 1 - yes 1 - shot on target against a team who've struggled to get past being THE worst team in PL history.
Doku, Savinho and Marmoush on for me.

Akanji and Dias are both holding onto the ball for far too long….when time after time Lewis is free on the right.

The whole team are far too lethargic and slow in the build up…..this game sums our season up.

We need to move the ball so much quicker.

Despite all the moans…Gibbs-White will bring some energy to the middle we are so lacking.

We badly need to get the ball in the box more often.

Although there's no "hoping" it will change, It HAS to change next season, We can't continue in this manner.

We're right where we were in 16/17 except it's his own squad that Pep has to rebuild and he's never stayed at a club long enough to have to do that. Some awkward conversations are going to be needed. There's a lot of players we all have great memories of but it's time to admit the truth and move on.
