We have scored 1 goal against the worst PL team only Everton have equalled that and they play them in the last match at Goodison Park.

Every other PL teams has scored at least 2 goals.

The easiest by far of our last 3 games, against a team that is relegated and has 11 points.

Bournemouth and Fulham are both decent sides capable of giving us a game.

A week before a Cup Final too!

That is totally unacceptable, could've secured top 5 with a win. Our challengers for top 5 will be spurned on by our result.

I think people are perfectly entitled to "over react"

I watched it. We didn't play very well. We might have a couple of bad seasons but I'm sure we'll be back at some point.

Not at all surprised with Pep's comments. He went round every Southampton player at the end congratulating them sarcastically as if to say why didn't you play like that all season. Obviously expected them to roll over for us

Saints coneeded 82 goals, they come out clean in two games only before today. How on earth we couldn't score? Why Pep is changing a winning team?

But why change a winnng side? Play like that next week and will get soundly beat.

Who knows. He probably thought we would win easily and it was a chance to get some game time for some of the people coming back or out of form. I was a bit surprised when I saw the starting 11 and have been baffled by some of Pep's decisions.

He may well have a brain fart for the final next week. He does this sometimes. We have to take the rough with the smooth. Whoever comes in after Pep will not deliver the same amount of trophies. I think we just have to accept that he does things that most people can't always fathom.

Our general team play and build up was good. All the possession, zippy passes, totally dominating the tempo of the game, Ederson basically having nothing to do all match. You can’t ask more than that.

Where we failed today was up front. Sorry to say it but Haaland was shite. A more on form striker including Haaland at his sharpest would have buried several of those chances.

If we played our false 9 shape up front i reckon we’ve have won that game.

Haaland is obviously a brilliant player but i do worry that he’s just not quite what we need. He’s nowhere near as hand-in-glove as Aguero was.

Haaland was a scorer of brilliant goals, definitely not a brilliant player. He needs to be in a team that plays without fear that can afford to carry him every game.

Harry Kane was the player Pep wanted and who we needed, not Haaland. He's a genuine stat padder whose name isn't worthy of mention in the same story as Sergio Aguero.

To be honest this team would be embarrassed in the CL so Europa may be more suited until Pep realises his tactics are now outdated. Teams play forward, pace and energy and directness these days, we have a team of slow, non creative, non forward thinking players.
Honestly new players will not improve us, huge changes to the coaching staff are needed. Bin the World Championship, play the kids and plan for next season. A very lucky win v Wolves with 2 shots on target and today’s disgraceful performance will make a mockery if we win it and call ourselfs world champions

If Pep hasn't already realised his tactics are outdated after the maulings we've had at PSG, Sporting and Real Madrid then he needs to go to Specsavers.

Bad day at the office, but it's a point gained still. if we win the last two games we will be in the CL.

It really isn't, it is 2 points dropped.

Everyone had this down as a banker, our last 2 games are far from easy.
