There are no complete right backs that are attainable and good enough for us.

Either

1. We get a wingback and tuck in our LB in posession (ideal for Aké and decent for Gvardiol and O’reilly). We have done this before but the other way around with Mendy on the left and Walker on the right. An example for this player profile could be Frimpong.

or

2. We try to get a fast and physical midfielder that’s good both in defence and attack and try to convert that player into a right back (like what Real Madrid did with Valverde due to injuries to their right backs). This player should be max 24 years old in my opinion.

Yes that's the issue.
Ideal for me would be 8 defenders.
4 centre halves and 4 full backs.
1st choice and back ups like the old days. Or even modern times if you look at how international squads are picked.
