I'd start all three. Use full backs for width and have Doku and Marmoush looking to attack the space between their full back and CBs to create more room. Grealish is so good at drawing players onto him to create room for others so I'd use him more centrally.

Might work, but KdB is likely to play, as is Haaland. It depends on how Pep sees Haaland's importance for the next league game. If he thinks he's irreplaceable vs. Bournemouth and drops him, then your plan becomes more realistic.

Ederson
Akanji Dias gvardiol o riley
Kovacic Lewis bernardo
Marmoush haaland Foden

personally
Thought kovacic Lewis and Bernardo bossed the midfield against forest!

Think kdb shouldn’t start. Bring doku on for Foden if he’s a no show again!

Best in history full stop.

At least one can make a pretty good case for it.

Wanting to get rid of a manager of such quality after a season marred by injuries is demented.
That's not fair to demented people. Mental health is a serious issue. As far as I know there are no mental health issues on here or with City fans generally. ;-)

I wouldn't personally start De Bruyne. I don't think he's offering anywhere near enough to justify starting games. He doesn't have the physical energy to press, he's not got the pace to escape his man and find that key pass/shot and his final product is generally pretty wasteful as well. It might be his last final for City, but I think we're more likely to win it without him.

Palace are a counter attacking team and our slow and largely sloppy build up just feeds into how they want to play. I think there's merit in trying something different, just to test their defensive shape and make them uncomfortable. It means they can't play their counter attacking as easily as well. There's a clear pattern to what they try and do and I trust Pep to come up with a solution for it.

My main concern is actually that he prioritises Bournemouth following the result on Saturday.

I d be tempted to bring Harland off the bench
Nunes deserves to start right back, then Marmoush and Doku wide for me, or you pick Savinho instead of Grealish and Marmoush plays more central or neither and Lewis in Midfield

Nunes Akanji Dias Gvardiol
Silva Kovacic
Marmoush Grealish KDB Doku

For anyone who's interested, I've had a communication from the club confirming that tickets will be sent out to the “lead booker” (interesting expression, I'd never come across that before) over — I quote — the next few days. I was starting to get uneasy, I admit it. It's only five days away, and I'll be on the road all day on Friday.
Do they always cut it this fine? I can't remember how if was for the first rags final. I suppose once it's on your phone, it's on your phone. As I've understood it, you've got to click on a link and have it sent to yourself. I think it was the same thing for the rags, although, as I remember it, it was the F.A. dealing with it, not City. Anyway…

I hope all those going to Wembley will be wearing colours at Wembley.

Against Forest it looked like we were totally outnumbered on Wembley way but that was partly because all the Forest fans were wearing colours and only about 1 in 2 City fans were wearing shirts / scarfs.

Is that just the coach?

Match tickets normally go the the supporter number booked under in F & F.

You're not going to change that, you know (I'll be wearing my colours, incidentally). Big event for Forest in the semi-final. Huge event for Palace. They've never won it (or any top tier trophy of any description). We first won this thing in 1904…
What will really count will be the noise we make. I don't want to hear us outsung.

Nope, that's the seat. Does F & F mean Friends and Family? If so, I don't really understand you. I bought the ticket under my name, for myself, as a season ticket holder.
Yes it does, it was with you using lead booker which give me the impression it was more than one ticket you'd bought.

What would the line up be on Saturday to suggest he’s prioritising Bournemouth? No one knows our best eleven, not even Pep.
