So you can have the ticket on two devices? I got my techie brother to look into the back end of the season ticket and he said it’s coded so you can’t have it on two devices..

Can definitely have it on two, there’s instances of people having 3, if you can’t get it on two ring the club & ask how many devices are linked to your account, it may be you’re still linked to an old phone etc, ask them to delete what you don’t have access to

Yeah, my sons has been on two devices all season. On a burner phone and on his actual phone. Never had any issues and didnt have to contact the club.

I think sometime last season they tried restricting it to one device only as we had a couple of issues with season tickets playing up a bit and having to go to the portakabin to get it fixed. No issues this season and my daughter has somehow ended up with my season card on her phone and mine still works.

100%. For a lot it's a Family event nowadays, so if someone's kids are busy or its a night game, nobody goes and they put them on exchange or I might be ill but my kids still want to go but obviously can't drive themselves there or attend a game as they are kids, so in essence you could have 3/4/5 season tickets for a Family and everyone gets punished. Its a ridiculous rule and is just as you said a stealthy way of disposing of season tickets imo. Not really sure why they have decided to pick this battle as our seats have either had us or ticket exchange bums on seats every game.

Can anyone advise on how to add cup schemes via the app? Didn’t bother this season but want to rejoin FA cup for next year. On direct debit so don’t need to go through a renewal as it’s automatic. When I go to “cup schemes” there doesn’t seem to be any option to add?

My account- Cup Schemes- Tick the FA Cup box.

Be aware though, that unlike previous seasons, where the cut off point for joining was sometime just before the 3rd Round, it seems that next season it’s sometime in June for all three.
 
And I want to do the opposite, but can’t seem to make it work. I’m on direct debit and want to drop cup schemes. But it then won’t allow me to pay by direct debit. Anyone tried to do this.

Forget the cup schemes just renew. You'll still have time to cancel the cup schemes once you have renewed.

Not sure it even needs NFC, as long as the bar code can be used.

You can definitely download your Google wallet with your season ticket in to at least 2 phone, but obviously if you have any banking in the wallet that will be accessible on the 2nd phone

Thanks, but when I follow that there are no new options shown to tick, just shows what my (closely linked) son already has. I’m gonna leave it til after the renewals have gone through then try again; as you pointed out deadline not til June.
 
Sure you still have to manually add each cup scheme every season, even if you renew?
This exact same question comes up every single year
I’ll not be doing the European next year, regardless of what competition we’re in. Happy to pick and choose my games next season, especially under the daft new format and in advance of more 1894 calls to action
The inter pricing for a group game was an absolute pisstake

What happens if you change phones during the season if it can't be on two devices? Obviously you can sign out of everything on the old phone but that doesn't apply if it's lost, stolen or just gives up the ghost.

I got a new phone last September. It wouldn’t allow me use the original season card link but I just rang and they sent me a new one.
