Seat Counters - 2024/25

It’s clear now nobody wants this last few tickets at the inflated prices so why can’t the club just buy them, (cost £65k ish so nothing for city) and raffle them to any season card holder or member who wants to enter who doesn’t already have a ticket, close today and tickets out tomorrow? Or is that too easy

Don't think it's clear at all whilst I think k your idea is good,I think these tickets will sell

I trust the overnight figure (274) but thereafter we can't tell if the change is real or not because someone has been hoarding tickets. Given the number remaining is immaterial, and there's no window, I don't see the point of tracking it through the day.

Judas talk on a seat counting thread Marvin.

I'd buy one. As an ex season card holder (live too far away now) but they aren't available to me unless I pay £30 odd quid to become a "matchday" member.... No thanks not for me on principle.

EDIT: Mind you that mat hday membership price doubles for both me and my wife to go!

Get a member or a season ticket holder to buy one for you, they can get extra

I dont think you could get one even if you did as sure you had to be a member before the finalists were known.

Cheers.... that's how keen they are to sell tickets.

In situations like this people who have lapsed season cards, once everyone else (matchday members, season card holders etc...) have been taken care of the club should widen the scope of the market. So long as you have some legitimate association with the club, (having supported them since 1968) there should be a means by which you can acquire a ticket. FCFS and all that!

You think a club that hasn't allowed a new season ticket holder since 2019 and that has 6 official ticket partners so they can sell home games at hugely inflated prices rather than face value on their own site is going to do that?
The club don't give a f*k about you or anyone else as a fan nor do they care about any stigma created because of empty seats.

You wouldn't notice if the corporate seats didn't turn anyway after the first half starts they all seem to disappear and don't reappear.

Probably talking business and getting sloshed.

Yep sadly you are prob right

Just over 250 left, if that’s the ceiling then ever credit to those that have gone to the semi and/or the final, it’s been a monumental effort. Spending the equivalent of your season ticket on two (some cases one) games is a stretch, on the back of the cup finals & European trips of recent years, no other support has been squeezed like ours, the rest of football should look on in admiration, read between the lines and heed the warning, but we all know the jokes will never stop…so fuck em!

It’s appalling the ticket prices!

The FA have been clever (greedy) though…

With making those middle tier tickets £255 and £285 it’s got everyone talking about those and what a disgrace they are!
Nobody’s now talking about £75, £125, £175 being too expensive for a 90 minute game of football!

Therefore, they’ve got away with increasing those first 3 tiers this year and will likely increase them again next year.
I got a £75 ticket and feel that was okay for a final. But £125 and up I think is silly money for football.
