Zubimendi is done but as a Gooner I feel underwhelmed by it. It's not like we've signed Rodri. Does anyone here follow La Liga and have an opinion on him? From what I've seen he's a bit 'meh' and hardly shone against your stinky neighbours from the slum down the road.

Zubimendi is done but as a Gooner I feel underwhelmed by it. It's not like we've signed Rodri. Does anyone here follow La Liga and have an opinion on him? From what I've seen he's a bit 'meh' and hardly shone against your stinky neighbours from the slum down the road.

Only 2 things i've heard are: (1) He deputized for Rodri pretty decently in 2H of Euro Final; (2) He told scousers to fuck off. No idea if he is any good, but (2) makes him all right in my book

As a Gooner I'm now getting subtly trolled by food delivery apps. Had to order food tonight as had plumbing work done and we can't use the kitchen for the rest of the day.

Tenuous link, but it reminds me of the time I, after about four or five failed attempts (barm, muffin, butty, ...etc), eventually translated my dinner-time (using the standard northern mealtime system) order at the chippy into Lundun-ese and had to ask for "chips in a buttered bread roll" down in Deptford many years ago.

Chips in a fucking buttered bread roll?!

And the Southern heathens gave me the hard, dry, end of a fucking baguette!

About 5 different variables of fish too.
