Looking at pubs for tomorrow ( apart from Mary D's) that may have a good atmosphere for the kids.

I have work commitments tomorrow morning so can't get to Wembley but my kids want to experience a good atmosphere.

Thanks

It's a shame the club haven't put a screen up at the mini stadium, unless there's a game there?

Edit*** Under 18's final v Villa @ 13.00.
Not sure of the logistics but they could have had a double header with the FA Cup game on even if just on the screens in the corners.

Uncanny. I just came on to look for a thread like this.

I don’t have kids (they’re grown up now) so thinking of Sawyers Arms.

Are there any sports bars?

Ah ok, only drank in there on non match days or internationals.

Are spoons allowed to show it if it’s on terrestrial?
Don’t know about Spoons but it will be everywhere. Springsteen is also on later so town will be mobbed. I always go to the Northern Quarter or Ancoats end of town where most of the pubs are Blue. But they will be packed.

I’m sat in The Paramount, Oxford St. now and the landlady confirmed that they’ll have it on.

Not really ideal for watching football I wouldn’t have thought though. But at least you’re guaranteed to get in with kids I suppose.

Think if I had kids in tow, I’d be preferring somewhere out of town. Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington. That sort of place.

About what? I rarely go into town these days.

Fair enough just thought you where joking regards the Sawyers that and the Nags Head are full of them lot and you can bet your bottom dollar they will be full of them cheering on Palace on Saturday

Ha. Yeah I know the nags is. Who can forget that dick head who ran it at the time having a ‘no city fans’ sign on the door after another title win? ****.

Never knew the Sawyers was a red pub.

No kids in tow for me. Might just get in town 2ish and see what’s what.

Bierkeller in town are giving away free pints every time city score tomorrow.
Could be costly for them if it's like the Watford game

Remember on our parade a few years ago the old rags head refused to open and serve city fans hahaha

Petty cunts, hope the shit tip burns down.
