From a match going fans perspective being there when the team wins the fa cup is 100 times better than being at a group stage champs league match regardless of how much money the club makes

The club can cope with a drop of around 50/70m revenue!

Think we will get our targets this summer even if we’re not in the Champions League! We will probably spend around 200/250m still after spending 180m in January… if we do get the Champions League, watch Wirts still end up at Bayern; it's where he wants to go! All this this week is all lip service to get Bayern to increase the bid from 80>100m.

Fa cup all day long as a fan for me but understand other fans have different opinions..

You see, this is where the majority of fans are now; we have been brainwashed into being accountants! Let the club run the club, let us fans support the manager/players and win trophies!

Am fine you and other supporters have that opinion just let me have mine.
 
About to walk the dog, then on the way back the missus wants to pop into a cake and garden plant sale!!! It opens at 10am so we'll be there at 0950, get what she wants then back home. Quick spruce up and off into London - from the South - will be dodging a lot of Palace, with my first pint in the Glasshouse Stores on Brewer St W1, then probs head up to the Euston Tap.

Staying the weekend near Croydon at my son's place. Getting excited now, plenty of Palace fans around here. Train in about an hour, breakfast at Dishoom then drinking around King's Cross then a final one st Euston Tap before jumping the overground to Wembley. CTID
 
Doing overtime until 1 but since I started at 6 all I’ve thought about is Kev lifting that Cup later. It has to happen, for him more than anyone else.

I’m going to crack open a Tyskie at 2 and these nerves should then start to chill the fuck out a bit, because right now my stomach is in knots.

Couldn’t care less how many finals we’ve had this era, they never get any easier or less exciting.

Live in palace territory in South London. Spent yesterday afternoon in pub with 3 match going palace fans and a red. Quite a bit of banter. Hopefully we'll get early goal (or 2) to settle the nerves
